MiniChats is for voluntary, respectful interaction between adults. These rules apply to video, profiles, messages, and matching.
Adults and consent come first
Every participant must be an adult. Do not create or request sexualized content involving minors, and do not pressure another person into video, sexual activity, sharing images, or continuing a conversation. Respect a refusal, a blocked camera, or a decision to leave.
No exploitation, harassment, or hate
Do not threaten, stalk, harass, blackmail, dox, or demean other people. Do not use MiniChats for trafficking, exploitation, non-consensual intimate imagery, hate-based abuse, or coordinated harassment. Recording or redistributing another person’s image may also violate law and their rights.
No scams or deceptive commerce
Do not solicit money, gift cards, cryptocurrency, banking details, account credentials, or verification codes through deception. Do not impersonate MiniChats staff, another user, or a third-party platform. Any applicable MiniChats purchase should be reviewed through the product’s actual payment flow, not through a stranger’s instructions.
Use the existing review tools
Report suspected violations through the available reporting flow and block contact when needed. Provide accurate information rather than retaliating or publicly exposing another person. These guidelines summarize expected behavior; the Terms of Service and applicable law continue to govern use of the service.
